One Day Workshop: $135, 9:15 am - 5:30 pm:
- History of Reiki, intro to Japanese Reiki techniques
- What Reiki is and how it works
- Human energy system/exercises using energy
- The major chakra system and hand positions
- One Reiki symbol and attunement
- Reiki “self-treatment” and “treatment” on others
- Practice exercises to build confidence and self awareness of the power in our hands
- Level I Reiki Practitioner
