Reiki First Degree . . . . $130 for one day

The first level of Reiki is a one day training that unlocks your ability to use Reiki for hands-on healing of yourself and others. Learn Reiki history, the steps of healing, and receive an attunement.

In your first class you will learn :

1. History of Reiki, intro to Japanese Reiki techniques
2. What Reiki is and how it works
3. Human energy system/exercises using energy
4. The major chakra system and hand positions
5. One Reiki symbol and attunement
6. Reiki “self-treatment” and “treatment” on others
7. Practice exercises to build confidence and self awareness of the power in our hands

Reiki Sessions:

The word Reiki (ray-key) comes from two Japanese words - rei, meaning higher power or universal force, and ki, meaning life energy. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that simultaneously promotes healing using life force energy. Reiki is administered by “laying on of hands.” Techniques such as this have been practiced for centuries.
